Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–7 business days. Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Additional notifications will be sent once your order has shipped and when delivery is completed.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their destination country at the time of delivery.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for these charges. We are unable to calculate or collect these fees at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@keohgi.co within 5 days of delivery, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
